HHUA's 2005-6 ACTION PLAN

Driver Advocacy - attacks on motorists present a real danger to safety, mobility, quality of life and the economy.

Public Safety - poor roads contribute to at least 30% of traffic fatalities and delay emergency response times.

Congestion Relief - the number of drivers increased 26%, vehicle miles traveled increased 82%, new roads increased 2.3%, and new lane miles increased 4.2%.
